When our homes are in harmony with good Feng Shui, life flows smoothy, with grace and ease.  We harmonize the home by balancing the energy.  Our family is supported in the best ways possible, you love how your home feels and it puts a smile on your face.

"Feng" means wind and "Shui" means
means "water."  "In Chinese culture, gentle wind and clear water have always been associated with good harvest and good health: thus "Good Feng Shui" came to mean good livelihood and "Bad Feng Shui" refers to hardship and misfortune.

Classical Feng Shui is an ancient art and science developed over 4,000 years ago in China.  It is a complex body of knowledge that reveals how to balance the energies of any given space to assure the health and good fortune for the people inhabiting it.  Its methods take into account the more subtle aspects of time, direction, room location and function, in addition to an individual's resonance with various aspects of the building."

Consultation Fees and Payment Options:
EXISTING STRUCTURES, on-site or remote = 60¢ per square foot – minimum $600. Full payment is

due at the time of consultation.

If you don't have an accurate to scale floor plan, a separate visit is required for taking measurements and there is an additional fee of 25¢ per square foot for creating your floor plan of an existing structure. As a BONUS you will be given a blank copy of the floor plan I create that you may use for other purposes later. If you prefer, I can send you detailed directions on how to draw your own floor plan exactly to scale or you can use computer software to create your floor plan.

PROJECT DEVELOPMENT, on-site or remote = 80¢ per square foot – minimum $800; which includes 2 reviews of floor plans changes, .color advice and a complete report with the first years remedies. Full payment is due at the time of first appointment. Additional reviews of the floor plan are $180 each.

Remote & Out-of-town consultations require a deposit. Travel expenses for out-of-town consultation, such as airline ticket, rental car and/or hotel room are the responsibility of the client and shall be paid in advance.

CHOOSING a residential or business location is $180 per unit remotely or $280 per unit on-site. I will evaluate all Feng Shui aspects of each location and advise you if the unit is a good fit for your family and/or business venture. No written report will be given, just a 'yes' or 'no' answer. Having this preliminary information will save you from having a house that causes continuous spending, frequent backstabbers in your life or sleeping alone... among other things.

ANNUAL UPDATES via email or mail are $125 per location, depending on when you place your order.
