I am a holistic lifestyle designer with professional credentials in several modalities, including: Certified Raindrop Harmonic Specialist via AromaSounds (utilizing sound, light, aromatherapy, gemstones, sacred geometry, plus +), Certified Raindrop Technique Specialist via CARE ~ Center for Aromatherapy Research & Education, Gentle Somatic Practitioner, Classical Feng Shui Consultant, Regression Hypnosis Facilitator, and Licensed Spiritual Healer. 

I graduated with Bachelor of Science degree in Business Communications and co-created, Our Sacred Essence with my husband leading international and U.S. based retreats.

For many years, I was a stay at home mother to three sons (less than three years apart in age), where I enjoyed crafting and fine tuning many the domestic arts and gardening.  I have also been blessed with the opportunity to be a primary caretaker for all four of my grandparents, and still currently act as one for my maternal grandmother. 

Going through a divorce in 2017, was one of my life's biggest blessings in disguise, as I was emboldened to leave a toxic relationship, and then, later, I employed specific Classical Feng Shui techniques to call in a soulmate, my current husband, Ed Dailey.  Ed and I initially met at Young Living's inaugural Yoga Balance Retreat near Salt Lake City, Utah, where Ed was responsible for its inception and planning for it.  It was also one of the last public appearances and speeches of Gary Young, founder of Young Living Essential Oils.

It is my desire in creating this website, I will encourage you and others to live in harmony within and without, optimizing your life in every way possible!  As we tune into our authentic selves and listen to our soul's gentle urges and reminders, we shine brightly and we blossom into the best versions of ourselves!  That is my prayer ~ or our souls' collective ascension in these exciting times of uncertainty.  There is what is known as  a still point that arises from chaos, and potentiates the next expression of coherent growth and expansion.
